Meet the Tuccitto Appraisal Experts
Jeremy Barrett
I have been a real estate appraiser since 1998 and am certified in both Minnesota and Wisconsin. Over the course of my career, I have completed more than 10,000 appraisals throughout the Twin Cities and Western Wisconsin. My experience includes residential appraisals, FHA appraisals, and tax valuation, including a year working as an assessor for Hennepin County.
Outside of appraisal work, I enjoy volunteering with a men’s group and am also a Certified Brainspotting Practitioner. While that work is a little outside the world of real estate, it reflects my interest in helping and connecting with people in my community.
I have been married to my wife, Bria, for more than 30 years. We have two adult children and two grandsons. My son and his family live in Sweden, while my daughter lives in northern Minnesota and works with the Voyageurs Wolf Project. When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with family and staying involved in the community.
